Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying

From Water Soaked to Dry In Hours.

After removing and extracting 95% of the flood water, the next step is to dry out the structure to prevent further damage and mold.
We use the latest drying technology to decrease loss. Most water damage dry-outs previously needed several days to complete. Recent breakthroughs in technology have reduced this time for most jobs to 30 hours or less! Floodman LLC is leading the way in using the latest drying technology.

Thermal Energy System

Water damage drying system

Thermal Energy System for faster drying

A unique, patent-pending water damage restoration system that accelerates the drying process. It uses the Reets Evaporation Method and Directed Heat Drying™ which combines controlled heat and air flow to cause high-speed evaporation which dramatically improves the drying process.

Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidification With High Temperature

Flood damage dehumidifier

Low grain refrigerant dehumidifer

Another tool we use is the Phoenix 200HT, which also adds heat into the drying equation. This dehumidifier offers many advantages over normal refrigerant dehumidifiers:

  • Maintains largest water removal capacity through ambient conditions up to 120°F
  • Drying at higher temperatures speeds moisture evaporation in the structure when compared to cooler temperatures.
  • Reduces the need to remove drying equipment to control temperature in the water damaged area.
  • Downward focused exhaust directs dry air toward the floor
  • Air filtration removes over 90% of 7 micron particles

You can count on Floodman LLC to provide the best in class restoration services. We are committed to continue improving our skills and equipment to stay ahead of our competition.
